1. Please fill the attached registration forms completely and mail your forms with a check before August 26, 2012. Mail-in registrations are very much appreciated. Send all three forms back, (registration, membership and volunteer forms.)
2. The school shall be open on August 26 between 10:00a.m.-1:00p.m. for registration only. Due to limited seating, registration will be done on a first come first serve basis.
3. Please note that registration will be done at the masjid only on Aug 26. A late charge will be applied thereafter of $25/- effective after August 26. No registrations will be accepted after September 30, 2012.
4. Classes will begin on September 9, 2012. No registrations on first day of school.
5. School timings are from 10:00a.m.-1:00p.m.
